Dragon Boats Victoria has enacted a Member Protection Policy ("MPP") to which all teams, their members and all officials are bound.

The MPP is designed to provide guidance as to minimum and acceptable standards of conduct for all involved in dragon boating and establishes processes should issues arise. The MPP focuses on especially vulnerable members such as juniors and specific processes and requirements are clearly detailed.

It is an expectation of team captains and administrators that the MPP and its associated expectations be made known to all members.
