Team registration and entry fee payments:

All State Members have been asked to supply limited information from their membership database which has been uploaded onto the AusDBF Australian Championships registration site to assist with the registration process. Each State Member has been emailed with a URL, Username, and Password.

 

Each State Member is now required to change their password upon logging in.

(If your Club contact person has not yet received this communication from your State body, contact the State registrar / secretary / admin person URGENTLY.)

 

Separate passwords will need to be created for State Teams and each Club.

 

State Administrators / State Team Managers will have Level 1 access. Clubs will have Level 3 access which will allow them access to their club information only.

Once you have registered all your paddlers, the system will then forward you an invoice based on the information you have submitted. Once you receive the invoice, you will then be able to EFT payment to AusDBF:

Important:

When submitting payments to AusDBF please make sure you include your Club name in the reference OR Invoice number so payment details can be tracked. Mystery payments can take weeks to reconcile and may result in your team not being registered for competition.

 

After party:

The After Party is gearing up to be a cracker and a great opportunity to celebrate the success of another Australian Dragon Boat Racing season with your team mates.

 

It will be held at Etihad Stadium in one of their key stadium venues, the Medallion Club. You will be able to enjoy a drink and food on the balcony overlooking the course you have raced on during the week, while also enjoying a bird's eye view of the home of AFL.  The evening will include a band playing some great 'get you up and dancing' hits for all age, and followed by a DJ. For those who want to kick on into the night, the Stadium is just a couple of minute's walk from clubs and other venues.

 

Tickets are currently on sale for $55 (in GST). Please speak to your club or state organising member to secure your place at what is guaranteed to be the biggest and wildest dragon boat party on the calendar.
